Curiosity Cams - Explore the Latest Images from Mars
Curiosity Cams is a free Chrome add-on that brings you the latest images captured by the rover Curiosity on Mars, directly to your browser. With just a click on the icon, a window opens up, showcasing a gallery of the most recent images sent from Mars by the rover.
Within the gallery, you have the option to choose from the various cameras that have captured these images (up to 7 cameras). In addition to the latest images, there is an archive containing images from the past 8 days. You can easily enlarge the images to view them in their original format, allowing for a closer look at the fascinating landscapes of Mars.
Curiosity Cams also features a small weather station that provides daily updated data on the weather conditions on Mars. The data includes maximum and minimum temperatures in Celsius, atmospheric pressure in pascals, wind speed in kilometers per hour, and the current season on Mars.
Please note that the data and image updates are usually available every 24 hours, but they are always dependent on the NASA's schedule.
